According to the Turkish Commercial Code, there is no right of withdrawal for foodstuffs, beverages or other daily consumption items. However, since we care about the satisfaction of our valued customers, we give you the right to cancel your orders that have not been shipped.
RETURN RETURN CONDITIONS AND RETURN REQUEST
If you have a complaint about the products you purchased, you can return them under the following conditions by applying to altindede.com within 7 days from the day you received them from the cargo. In this context, you do not pay any "Cargo Fee" when sending back the product you want to return, you just need to deliver it to MNG Cargo with "Co-payment". Promotional and campaign products given as gifts must also be returned at the same time as the product you are returning. The conditions within the scope of return are as follows.
I want to return my product, which products can I return?
You can return products whose packaging has been damaged or whose expiration date has expired. In exchange for the product you want to return, you will receive a refund equal to the product price, money-points to use later, or a new product will be sent.
I want to request a return for my product, what should I do?
For the return process, before sending the product to altindede.com, please send an e-mail to info@altindede.com with the reason for the return and the product information you want to return, and if the product is broken/damaged, together with the product image. If the product is broken due to the cargo while receiving the cargo, you can have the cargo officer prepare a report and make your return. The products must be returned with their original box/packaging and invoice, and the ice batteries must be frozen and wrapped in a space bag for cold products, or with a zip-lock bag for products at risk of breaking. Promotional and campaign products given as gifts must also be sent with their original packages.
How do I reach the cargo company and deliver the product?
You can reach MNG Cargo as stated below. During the shipping phase, it is sufficient to inform the courier that the buyer is in the "Co-payment" condition, and you will not pay any "Cargo Fee" when sending the product back. You can request a courier to your address by calling MNG Cargo Call Center at 444 06 06 or 0850 222 06 06, You can call a courier from http://www.mngkargo.com.tr/website or find the address of the nearest MNG Kargo branch and deliver it to the branch that delivered the delivery.
